Product Care & Policy Notice
At Essential Mystic Showers, all of our soaps and shower tabs are handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.
All ingredients are clearly listed on both our website and product packaging. While we use vegan, organic ingredients, many of our items are scented with essential oils. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please order mindfully, as we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.
For safety, please keep all products out of reach of children and pets. To maintain freshness and effectiveness, store products in a cool, dry place. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please reach out to us directly—we’re committed to making things right and will do our best to resolve any concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Orders & Payments
We strive to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
We accept all major credit cards securely through our third-party payment processor. Please note that Essential Mystic Showers does not have access to your full payment details and cannot be held responsible for any additional fees, overdraft charges, or processing costs applied by your bank or financial institution. Orders will not be processed for shipment until full payment has been received and confirmed. If you encounter any issues at checkout or with your payment method, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping
Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship within the U.S. only. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the postal carrier, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If you encounter an issue, reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
