Hello! My name is Nyesha Wheeler, founder of Essential Mystic Showers and more importantly a mom of two. After the birth of my second child, I experienced something I wasn’t prepared for- postpartum depression. The exhaustion, the emotional weight, the overwhelming pressure to “bounce back”- it felt like I was drowning in silence. I didn’t need another piece of advice or a perfect social media moment - I just needed a break even if it was just five peaceful minutes alone in the shower.

 

That small moment of solitude became my daily reset. The steam, the scent of a calming body wash, the simple act of rinsing away the day - it grounded me. And in those moments, I realized something: moms need more support, but we also need simplicity.

 

That’s why I created Essential Mystic Showers - a line of pre and postpartum self-care products made to bring relaxation, comfort, and ease into the most overlooked part of a mom’s routine: the shower. These products aren’t about luxury, they're about survival, recovery and small moments of peace that help moms feel like themselves again. 

 

This company is personal. It was born out of my hardest days, and it exists to make someone else’s just a little easier. Because if one mom can step into the shower, and breathe a little deeper I’ve done what I came here to do.
